You tell us what you enjoy, how much time you have and who is travelling with you. We build the route, choose hotels by neighbourhood rather than by star rating, and calculate realistic travel times so that you do not come home more tired than when you left.
Guided tours
Europe, Asia, South America, Egypt and the Middle East. Tours run by operators we have worked with for years, with guaranteed departures and guides in English or Spanish. We will tell you frankly which one suits you and which one does not.
All-inclusive
Cancún, the Riviera Maya, Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta, Punta Cana and the Caribbean. Flight, hotel and transfers in a single price, with the restrictions explained before you book rather than buried in the small print.
Flights and hotels
Domestic and international air tickets, accommodation, car rental and travel insurance. The difference from booking online is not the price: it is having someone to call on a Sunday when the flight is cancelled.
School trips
Schools are not buying a trip: they are buying peace of mind. We work with a general school travel policy, a staff training manual and a complete file handed to the institution before departure.
Groups and companies
Incentive travel, conferences, groups of friends and large families. You deal with a single person, and that person coordinates airlines, hotels, transport, catering and activities.
Weddings and honeymoons
A destination wedding with a room block for your guests, coordination with the hotel's wedding planner, and a honeymoon that begins when the party ends.
Cruises
The Caribbean, the Mediterranean, Alaska, European rivers and the Mexican Riviera. Most surprises on a cruise come from what was not included: gratuities, drinks, shore excursions and transfers. We set all of it out from the quote onwards.

No. Quoting, comparing options and answering questions is free of charge. You decide calmly and at no obligation.
Yes. For most products a deposit holds the booking and the balance is settled before departure. We set out a written payment schedule with the deadline for each instalment.
Because of what happens when something changes. A cancelled flight, an overbooked hotel or a missed connection are resolved very differently when someone is handling it on your side. We also issue a tax invoice and you travel with a regulated agency.
Yes. We are a formally constituted business and we issue a tax invoice for all our services.
Yes. A good part of our community in Ajijic and Chapala prefers English, and we look after them with the same clarity on documentation, insurance and formal backing.
Not at all: the whole process can be handled by WhatsApp, email and video call. That said, the office is open, and many people find it reassuring to meet us in person.
